Introducing the Skate Half Cab '92, a new take on a skate classic.
In the remake of The Skate Classics Half Cab '92, the Vans design team thought about the needs of the skaters. The result is a sneaker that allows maximum progression. New, subtle styling details such as the side trim, checkerboard flag and 'Skateboarding' logo make this iconic model look even more beautiful. The completely redesigned upper with molded heel counter, reinforced tongue straps and reshaped DURACAP™ underlayer provide an essential fit that delivers exactly more ventilation and abrasion resistance where skaters need it most.
The two-part foxing tape has a harder toe ridge and provides more board contact. The new version of the gum rubber sole that made Vans famous is now even better with SickStick™ rubber and internal heel shank that provide increased grip, board feel, support and durability. To complete the updated design, the upper is made of 100% pigskin.
